The book I received is NOT in very good condition. The book is practically falling apart and half ripped. I will be expecting a refund.

This book contains and overwhelming amount of information. Great Index and Summaries. This book leans towards manufacturing. It would be great to have more examples of service industries. Overall a really informative book.

I bought this book from the book seller : Noetic Passage , whose name is Micah.
Then the horrible things happened.
Paid the money a month ago.
No book sent out.
No response.
No refund so far.
All the other customers, DO NOT buy book from "Noetic Passage" for sure. It is a nightmare.
